We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. If you cancel your order before it has been processed, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee, with a minimum cancellation fee of US$ 5, to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies. If you have already paid for your order, and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us immediately on Contact Us page or at email@example.com.

That is why we are happy to offer a complete satisfaction guarantee, that ensures you will receive your purchase items on time, and as described.
Our highest priority is to make you happy, so everyone who shops at Inter-Warehouse receives the following guarantees:
full refund if you do not receive your order;
full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 business days processing); and
full or partial refund if the item is not as described.
Damaged or defective orders must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the order. If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period, and we will arrange for a replacement.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong or incomplete shipping address);
your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster, lost or stolen at delivery);
your order is a "sales" item, only regular priced items, items sold at full retail price may be refunded; or
your order contains a light emitting source, and used lamp hours are in excess of 3 hours.
If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you ordered your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products.
No refunds, returns or exchanges are available after 30 days from order date. All returns or exchanges must be returned within the 30 day period.
Any refund will be credited to the same payment method that you used at the time of your purchase (minus shipping and handling).
Actual shipping costs on free shipping orders will be deducted from any amount refunded.
Inter-Warehouse stands behind everything it sells. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. No questions asked. You only need to return the item at your cost. The item must be received by us in a new, unused, resalable, undamaged condition, clean from any marks or scratches, and in its complete original packaging.
Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing contents may be denied a return.
Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.
If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.
We cannot be responsible for lost returns. We recommend using an insured and prepaid method for your return, such as UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery.
Please Note: A 15% restocking fee (min. $16) will be charged for all returns and exchanges.
